help with conversion tool - won't communicate with PS

I have used it in the past...a year ago...on another computer, but I when I try to load it on this computer it says "couldn't communicate with Photoshop." Any recommendation?I have a science field day event or 4th and 5th graders on Saturday and was hoping to update my slideshow for this year. See More
