Call for presentations, submit by Dec.1st, 2017

Submit here; www.imersa.org/summit

We are pleased to present this call for proposals to show fulldome videos or present at our 2018 Summit. As in past years, organizers are planning a fulldome showcase that will include full-length shows, shorts, and works in progress. The IMERSA Summit is in its ninth year with an annual attendance of over 200 industry leaders.

We welcome submissions for such shows, with special emphasis on science content, creative arts, and cross-platform content (giant screen and 360 shows). You may submit more than one video for consideration.

We will then poll our members with a complete list of submissions so that they can indicate their preferences. Pending review and acceptance by the Summit organizers, the top finalists from that poll will be scheduled to screen at the 2018 Summit. This is a curated event and acceptance of your submission does not guarantee that your work will be screened.

Our conference presentations give you an opportunity to share your creative project with leaders in the immersive industry.

Proposed sessions are open to any expression of digital immersive experience including giant screen, fulldome (digital dome), virtual reality (VR), and specialized venue. We want to learn more about your applications, passion and ideas.

Conference presenters receive notoriety and contribute to the advancement of your profession. Proposals are selected on the following criteria: relevance to the industry, well-defined focus, practical applications of material, timeliness of topic, and speakers’ qualifications.

Please submit your completed presentation proposal by December 1st 2017. We will respond before December 15th 2017.

Don't miss IMERSA 2018!

help with conversion tool - won't communicate with PS

I downloaded the file for the conversion tool for Windows. I have used it in the past...a year ago...on another computer, but I when I try to load it on this computer it says "couldn't communicate with Photoshop." Any recommendation?I have a science field day event or 4th and 5th graders on Saturday and was hoping to update my slideshow for this year. See More
