The Immersive Film Festival 2017, IFF17, is over, after intense 3 days of fulldome projections. A total of 64 shows, were projected, between 31 full features shows, and 33 short pieces (up to 15 minutes). A beautiful concert with a music band with live Vjing on the dome was also one of the highlights of the festival.

Before revealing the awarded shows, we would like to thank our international sponsors, VIOSO and ELUMENATI, that made the concert possible, as well as SKY-SKAN, E&S, SPITZ, IMMERSIVE ADVENTURE and IMMERSIVE EXPERIENCES.

We would also like to thanks the producers and distributors for submitting their work to the event.

The jury of the 4th edition of the IFF – Immersive film festival 2017, composed of 6 elements from the field of Cinema, Music, Animation and Planetarium, awarded 2 main winners (ex aequo) at the full featured shows: "The man from the 9 dimensions", from Miraikan, Tokyo Museum and "Hello Earth" from Copernicus Science Center. In the short pieces category the main winner was Nightmare, produced and directed by Elia Hueneburg.
